Ricardo Serna from the Young Democrats of Arizona will speak about his plans to mobilize young adult voters in 2024 and beyond. He’ll also discuss the impact of the youth vote and will share an overview of his organization. Over the last eight years, he has worked on nearly 40 political campaigns and helped establish or revitalize eight Young Dem chapters in AZ.
