What to bring to the polls:
Permanent Early Voting (PEVL) Information:
Arizona now allows a voter to place their name on a “Permanent Early Voting List” (PEVL).”
What this means is that once you are on this list, for each election you qualify for, you no longer have to request an early ballot to be mailed to you. Instead, an early ballot will automatically. You will not need to ask for the early ballot before each election or go to the polls. You may, however, drop your PEVL ballot at the Yavapai County Registrar’s Office or on election day at any polling place in Yavapai County.
In order to be included on the “Permanent Early Voting List,” you must make your request in writing on the correct form specifically stating that your name should be added to the permanent early voter list. This request must include your name, residence address, mailing address (if different than the residence address) and must be within the State of Arizona, unless you are a uniformed services voters or overseas voters, date of birth and your signature.
You can obtain your Permanent Early Voter Application Form here Click Here.
You then mail or take your PEVL Form to the Yavapai County Registrar at the address above.
You can obtain more information about Permanent Early Voting at the Yavapai County Registrars office (above) or at:
